The Burnley Students' Union is based on the University Campus, Princess Way, Burnley. You can find the Union Resource Centre on the first floor - Room C1.10. We are open every day, so pop in and see us and make use of the kitchen area and lounge facilities! If you have any queries relating to student activities, advice or job and volunteering opportunities, please get in touch.

Burnley Students’ Union is here for all students to get involved in the University lifestyle. Coming up at the Burnley Campus, we have a number of Give it a Go trips, including trips to Alton Towers, Glasgow and South Lakes Wild Animal Park. We also run a number of fairs and events throughout the year in the Resource Centre.

2011-2012 will see the launch of competitive sport available to higher education students – see clubs and societies section of the website for more details, or visit the SU. We also support students in setting up recreational groups, and last year ran successful groups such as the recreational football club, Computer Games Society and Cancer Care Connect Society - email SUBurnley@uclan.ac.uk for more information or to sign up for any of these, or if you would like to set a different group up.

Lyndsey Spiers is the Student Activities Co-ordinator for the Burnley campus. She is the first point of contact for the Union in Burnley, and is happy to hear your ideas for any activities that you would like to see on offer for Burnley students. Her aim is to provide you with a great University experience by putting events on in Burnley, and also through arranging links with the Preston campus that will allow you to experience some of the key university events throughout the year.
